United American Calls

Just got this email from a client. (Keep in mind, I don't sell PDP. I just advise my med supp clients)

I received a call today from United American stating "the list of providers sent out from Medicare is not correct, you will need to utilize a CVS drug to realize the full savings of the plan I.e. WalMart does not qualify". Lovely, simply lovely!!!
When were you notified of this crap?

So. Yeah. In the middle of Obamacrap, I am going to be searching on who the heck took United American, so I can fix it.

FWIW, I keep all my apps in PDF format, stored on my computer and backed up on Carbonite. Files are named

Smith, John Humana Medigap F
Smith, John Rx compare 2015 Silver Script
Smith, John Rx cost 2015 Silver Script

Makes the search easy, even when I am away from my base. I have been running quotes using Carbonite files for the last few weeks from my Chromebox which is much faster than my desktop. Saves a lot of time.
