Do any non-captive UHC producers still get access to telesales for UHC Medicare products or has everyone that is non captive lost access?

I think so. I know that UHC medicare advantage telesales was available to non-captive brokers, but have heard that it is no longer available. Is that true?

I am a broker under an FMO in Arizona and I along with certain agents have access to bConnected leads. Some leads are generated thru Telesales. Others are business reply cards and such.
I am on bconn myself and have a few of my agents on it as well. Leads aren't always the best but you can't beat free.

what i mean is if i am setting up a call center and take incoming calls for Medicare plans. Can I do an online enrollment with a voice signature or anything like that?

Mutual of Omaha has one but I bet it requires signature via email.

uhc has an online for med supps beginning July.
New Era / Philadelphia American has a simple online app.
