VA "Improved Pensions?"

Medicare Guy. Guess how I found those links.

Yup, Google.

You are welcome.

Does your mommy tuck you in at night?

Of course I still don't know if these folks are pitching pension max. It was just a wag.

Late to the table, but I do know a bit about this. I stopped a couple years ago as soon as gov threatened changes in look back periods and eligibility requirements.

'Improved Pension' is also known as 'Aid and Attendance' - Google that and your likely to find more info.

"Aid and Attendance Pension" is only available to certain Vets:

1. They had to have served during wartime/ conflict. There are specific dates to qualify.
2. Must have a medical need for assistance. (Aide and Attendance)
3. Must meet financial criteria. It is a complicated formula based on age and assets.

There are attorneys that specialize in this area and it takes tons of paperwork and months to process thru VA, but the Veteran/ his wife or widow can qualify for over $2000 per month.
