I was wondering if y'all know of any other services provided to seniors for free or at a discounted cost. I'm hoping this spawns some things that we can share with seniors that can help them save money.
I know many of you have probably heard of Honor Flight before, but I wanted to throw this out as an idea to share with your current clients. I've found out that when you serve someone or share a FREE or discounted service with people they tend to be appreciative (especially when it's not expected). It can even open up the door for referrals as well.
In case you're not familiar with this, Honor Flight transports America’s Veterans to Washington, DC to visit those memorials dedicated to honor the service and sacrifices of themselves and their friends. You can go to Honor Flight Network to see if they qualify and fill out an application. My grandfather participated in this several years ago and it was a big highlight for him.
