What is UHC Agents' Protocol for Mailing Enrollment Applications?

If an Agent describes information on the phone to prospect, what has to be done PRIOR to the prospect mailing the enrollment application back? Must they have the complete application packet at their home? CAN the Agent skip the Face to Face meeting?

Is this an AHIP test question?

My guess is the scope must be signed first before any discussion of plan specifics. Even if it's an inbound call.

And they have to have the enrollment kit physically in their possession and the summary of benefits in their hand.

Then you do a presentation just like you would a face to face, over the phone or on web conference.

I'm sure someone will come on here and say this is illegal, but it's just as illegal for you to require an inbound caller to do a face to face only appointment.
