I just looked at the 2014 agreement that I decided to walk away from, it says that the CGA will pay commissions while the agent represents the CGA, it also says the agreement can be terminated at any time by either party.

Add 1 + 1 and you get they will stop paying commission upon termination, which is exactly what they did to me.
