Wheelchair & Walker, Need Humana Supplier, Client Having Trouble

Not sure why this is so hard, but it seems to be a lot of run around for the client.

Humana MAPD's summary of benefits says it will pay for in or out of network, one is higher reimbursement rate.

Any suggestions? How do you help your clients with durable medical equipment issues?
 
Look up a participating DME supplier at Humana and call them with the client or call Humana and provide the zip code of client and ask for a DME provider suggestion.
 
Thanks for your response. I did that. The folks at Humana were giving me hearing aid and diabetic specialty houses, etc. I have the list.

Being relatively new, looks like I will just have to take the time to learn more about the local scene and which of the Humana DME houses works best.
