Looks like Equitable no longer does. Cigna Substandard does but is usually too high. Anyone else?

I can't find a single company that will other than Cigna now.

Might want to look at aetna's underwriting. Not sure .. but they look at how many rxs u r taking, worth a phone call. One of my agents recently got a case underwritten with copd with aetna. I personally have not.
