I have a woman on SS widow benefits. She plans on taking her SS at 70. She is t65 in August. How is her Part B paid? Coupon book?

She will pay quarterly to Medicare

Right. Quarterly invoice. She may pay by check or credit card, or sign up for Medicare EZ Pay and they'll draft her checking acct. monthly. Sometimes the first invoice covers more than three months.

I keep sending in agent of record letters and Medicare refuses to appoint me as the agent.
