Will High Income Pay More on $O MAPD?

I should know this but I don't want to just guess at this. I understand based on income you can pay more for your Part D premium if you have a high income. Do you pay more if you are on a $0 MAPD as well?

I have to admit, I just guessed. I had a 50/50 chance and got lucky. I know nothing about IRMAA or MAGI.
