Anyone know who is handling this in lieu of dear Frank? Not sure if Jackie has someone who is doing it or if she is herself. I thought it was Rick but he corrected me in a hurry, haha.

I still use YIO, but make sure I back it up frequently. There will certainly come a time where either the program or my computer crashes.

As far as my investment, I got Frank's training documents and some great one-on-one phone conversations with Frank. I guess I can live with it...

not to sound mean but is there a chance something happened to her? very common for the surviving spouse to pass soon after a death...

I never bought the program, seemed a bit costly to me. I'm still looking for something comparable though, any ideas?
