Thank you John. I think we were ALL tired of the fish and boat sig.

And that is a lesson to the rest of you. IF you are going to use a sig... (or an avatar) PLEASE CHANGE IT from time to time.

The purpose of these things are to humor or entertain or educate us... but most of you JUST BORE US with the same damn sig day after day, week after week. You wonder why agents quit this industry? It's your sig that drives them nutso! It's true.

I propose a rule that Sam should adopt that says you MUST change your sig or avatar at last once a month.... or we boot your sorry fat A$$ off this board.

Note, that I don't use a sig or avatar. Everyone already knows me (although no one likes me... minor detail!! )

Happy New Year to everyone. Health, peace, and prosperity to all of you... and please make new sigs and avatars one of your resolutions. We will thank you for it!

As long as we're talking Sigs, here's the most important answer to that ever-pressing question: What is a SigAlert?

For all you wanted to know about SigAlerts:

In the same manor we should require all posters to have a avatar or the boot....
