Hi all - I'm new so please pardon me if this is not an appropriate question. I'm so new I haven't even started yet!

I was wondering if you could give me a ballpark estimate on what a book of business (P&C) would cost. I understand there are oh, so many variables but was hoping to get a general idea (if there is such a thing!)

About 1.5 times the existing book of business. This is a average. You will want to consider other factors, line of business, how long the average client stays, turn over rate, available markets etc...
