Successful Site Using Keyword Stuffing?

Guys, I want you to check out these two sites that seem to be doing really well in the search engines. They are doing a ton of keyword stuffing which I always thought was against googles rules, but they are having success. It seems black hat and definitely is not there for the visitors.

Almost every search term I see them listed on the first page. Check them out and let me know what you think.

This is very discouraging for someone who trys to build useful content for my visitors. I guess they can just stuff the page with keywords and get the rewards of google.

Strange. The first site isn't so bad. But I would assume Google will eventually see what's going on and take action...or do nothing!

So I assume you know him. I did a little research and it looks like both of them have been on the board at some point in the past. I guess google stop penalizing sites that stuffs keywords in there for search engines.

Supposedly Oleg is a top producer for CA BX (and probably other carriers as well). As I understand, he writes a fair amount of Tonik & Smartsense. His sites (and that is just one of them) are designed to appeal to the DIY crowd.

I can't say how much of his business sticks but his COA should be quite low.
