Don't know if L'Amours book will help you any but it makes for an interesting read...haha

I too enjoy L'Amour. I haven't read any of his in a long time. One of my favorites was "A Man Called Noon". In my mind I could cast Noon in the place of a successful agent. I suppose you could compare a shoot out to closing the sale.

That was a great book! I like your analogy too. You need to pick up L'Amour's "Flint". That relates to biz back on the east cost in the mid-late 1800's. Funny we are talking about L'Amour..

I like motivational books. I will read one when I feel my desire go, or getting lax. That doesn't happen much but when it does, that is when I will pick up a good book.

I have read Flint but it has been a long time. I will have to reread it.
