AgencyBloc
AgentIntel
ONLINEDATABASESOLUTIONS.COM
allclients.com
pipedrive.com

We have over 100 group clients with Humana, Anthem, UHC, Aetna, PEO along with anciallary and supplemental coverage. We also have a handful of groups BOP/GL, WC and Cyber liability coverage

We would like to be able to track group coverage, renewal dates and prospects by grouping such as county or industry

Would like folks input on these systems. I have one employee and will most likely have a second so three on the system by the end of the year

Thanks!

This is becoming a real pain to find what we want. We need a system that will handle current clients and leads.

We had it narrowed down to Three or Four. The scary item I want all of you to start asking before you buy:

What is your disaster recovery plan if the software goes down?
Do you have dedicated servers and how many and where? Beware anyone using Amazon Cloud and is dependent on their system

What cyber security measures do you have in place?

Have you had third party audits and penetration test of the system?

How long have you been in business?

How many in your staff: Sales/marketing, IT/support, programmers?

How many insurance agencies use your software?

Can you provide our agency with a copy of your certificate of insurance for technology E&O and Cyberliability coverage? If the amounts are under $5,000,000 they probably don't have a lot of clients and won't be around...where will your data go if they shut down and don't tell you Only one so far has told us that they have to have this coverage because of the type of large agencies they work with.

Do they have someone who answers the phone. Is it the same person or is there a variety of staff that can help you?

If it goes to voice mail and no one answers but voice mail that's a problem. Radius Bob)

If you have to move data to another system (sell your book), how do you download the data. Make sure it's not one excel sheet per client.

Any other items we should add????

i am very impressed with

cloudiaassistant

advisorassistant

anyone have experience with it. Especially clouida assistant with $30/mo for 1 user . Their claim in their words

" Not only do we include our health quote engine and commission calculation system as well as unlimited storage and automated emails, free training and support; at Cloudia Assistant we don't simply train you on our product; we also teach you sales strategy or how to get Cloudia to help you make more money, take over part of the sale process, help with retention and even provide templates created by an agent who sold over $3,000,000 AV (premiums) in one year utilizing his templates with Cloudia Assistant." .

Of the ones you listed, we have used Agencybloc, and pipedrive. While they have their pros and cons, neither of them really had everything under one roof. We still needed separate accounts for other things. Agencybloc was very solid for reports, and Pipedrive was great on price. We're currently using ARC and love it.
