We are a small family owned agency (10 employees). We have been using vertafores Management tool "AMS360" for about 10 years now. All of our users have been using the original interface when navigating the system. Now they are forcing customers to switch to their "nextgen" interface which in hand is basically creating the problem of users learning a new program. I have had a grudge with ams since starting at the agency. I have been looking at other companies to move from ams to and EZlynx has become an option and we have a insurance carrier who is offering to help co pay for alot of the bills in the transition. Has anyone had any experience with this kind of transition , feedback on moving from ams, or recommendations on other options?
