Well, I've noticed that telemarketers out there are using something, and I would like to know which of these "systems" it is (to avoid it, most likely). When I answer my phone, if I dont' recognize the company/phone number/person, I just answer with my full name. I've noticed that the telemarketing calls seem to hesitate first, dead air, and I could've announced myself 3 times before someone on the other end actually speaks. Today I waited and they didn't catch me soon enough so I just hung up (well, I had already started the hangup process when the guy started to spiel). What kind of system would this be?
