If they could just cut the 15 year wait down to 15 days, it would be a lot more cost efficient and also cut down on the Bulls*** from people who have absolutely no business trying to interfere in the Texas legal system. (This includes Dubya)

This guy admitted to the crime, the execution should be same day.

Great decision - I read up on it - TX basically said "bite me" to the international decision stating that it does not apply when it violates state law. So while Mexico was filing endless appeals TX stuck the needle in his arm. Fantastic for TX.
