I have a lady who is married but separated and will qualify for a SEP. When I apply her for her subsidy does anyone know if we have to list the hubbys income since they are separated? I read on healthcare.gov, if married you have to file a joint return to get the subsidy but just wondering if there are exceptions for a separation that any one has experienced.
