I have been working for bankers life and casualty for about a month now( I know, I know, not the best company) and have been doing OK, making around $1000 a week on average. Bankers has at least got me so I am not afraid of the phone anymore. I am thinking about going independent -- maybe signing up with health choice one. What is the commission difference between bankers and going independent with health choice one? Any other tips for going independent? I am still new, only been in the biz for about a month. I am in Nevada.

Would you go to a doctor that a month into their two-year residency decides to drop out, and go independent?
