We get alot of phone calls in our office on a daily basis from call-in leads. Lately we have been getting more and our office manager has to take a message because everyone is already on the phone. Now, are there any products out there that would allow for our office manager to somehow forward or transfer that caller to our agents cell phones who work from home?
Sure. This is really a question about your phone system. Whomever handles that is the person you should be asking. If you are asking for advice on a new phone system because yours does not have this capability, that's a different question.
