Underwriting Question in Florida.

I have a lady in Florida that is looking for individual coverage. She has MS but has had no treatment in 20 years. She has a test with a neurolgist every couple of years and that is it. No meds, no therapy, nothing...

The question is does she need to disclose on the application?

If it's a current condition it goes on the app.

The test with the neurologist would inform the insurance company about her condition - so yes it would need to be disclosed.
