Unison 2009 Benefits are out Go to Top

Unison benefits have been confirmed for 2009. Still has dental that includes dentures and hearing that includes hearing aids. $50/day inpatient with a $250 max out-of-pocket for the year (5 days!). $5 PCP visits. Dual SNP. $0 premium option and a $53 plan that covers generics through the gap. Available out-of-network rider add on.
