In all my years of being in business no one has asked if I belong to the
BBB. If the general public knew that any company can pay a fee and join
BBB how impressed would they be with membership. Actually I think the reviews on Yahoo, Google, or Angie's list are a better place to find out about a company. The National Ethics Bureau may be a better organization to belong to simply because they offer cheap E&O.
