Voice Broadcaster for Use Next Week!!!

Hi all,
From what I understand on September 1, 2009 we can no longer use an automated voice message to consumers from an auto dialer, so I would like to allow some agents who need some leads to help them get over the hump next week. On August 24, 2009 I will allow agents to buy 4 hour blocks of calling using our automated voice system, I am not trying to get rich just want to help, so make me an offer and I will see if its something we can help you with.

This system will allow the customer to leave a message that we can email to you so that you can hear it. It also has a live transfer option that will be an option for you as well. If you live in California you will not have to purchase leads I have the entire state and will run it against the DNC for you. If you want another state you will have to supply us with a csv file and we then will load them into the dialer. We will scrub all numbers against the dnc system to make sure we stay compliant.

I also heard or some agencies providing telemarketed leads to their producers at NO COST that CLOSE 20% of the leads weekly to help them out.

No it will not be available in Sept the law has changed and this is just to help someone out for the last week of the month. These are outlawed as of Sept 1, 2009.

Actually, you can use auto-dialers after Sept. 1, just can't "telemarket to consumers".

About anything else is fair game, barring any other State laws that are more stringent.

Regardless, I strongly recommend that you look up and read the FTC ruling because it does not totally outlaw voice broadcast dialers.

A lot of agencies try to do that and I'm not sure how many successfully do it. I have agents that are on reduced contracts and I provide them with free leads as long as I'm getting feedback on the leads and they're working them. I do expect production out of them and need to be making money off the deal, but even with the best lead generation systems you can hit a rough area or time where the leads are junk, so I think expecting a certain close rate isn't always the most agent friendly and realistic way of doing it. The other thing that I do is offer street contracts and let folks buy the lead generation I do in-house at cost.

Sounds great and I hope this works out for you. I have changed the whole way I do business and It is working.
