Web Site Programmer

I am looking to "clone" an existing site into two other sites. The site design is http://www.yourhealthinsuranceoptions.com/. I had a programmer do this for me based upon my ideas and actually like it.

I own two other domains, www.californiamedicalquotes.com and www.greensky.com. I'd like to have these sites look similar to the site above.

However, I need a new programmer. One who I can reach by phone and can be responsive to my questions.

This person does not have to specifically work in the industry. Any suggestions? Either post or send me a PM.

Do you have Admin abilities on the site you like? If so just copy it and change text which is straight forward, just don't mess with the template!

I am too old to learn how to do anything on the net and would rather just pay someone a reasonable amount to do it for me.
