I've seen a few threads that refer to "dialer leads". What exactly are dialer leads ?

Automated voice calls from a computer.
The client says their name, age etc.

Your message is automatically distributed via machine to phone numbers.

When the person answers - they listen to your message or hang up.

If they listen and like what they hear - they can press the 1 key on their phone to either be connected "live" to you or to go to a voicemail to leave their info.

This will be illegal to residential #'s come 9/09.
