What Is The Best Way For A New Manager To Recruit Licensed Agent In The California Area That Aren't Duds? I Currently Out Write Every Agent That Works For Our Company And Can't Find Anyone That Has A Sliver Of A Good Work Ethic As Comparable To Mine.

Where Should I Start. I Have 16 Agents Mostly New, But Want To Expand!

Why not require the 16 you have to qualify as to their character and provide you need the names, phone #'s and addresses of 3 references that you will be contacting for a reference.

Seems to work for your clients.
