Besides John Hancock, what other carriers offer an LTC rider on their plans? Lots offer an ADB for terminal illness, but so far I've found only J.H. to have an LTC rider. Anyone else out there have one?

American General has a LTC rider on one of their UL's. It is a rider where it will pay out like 4% a month or something like that if you lose 2 ADL's. It has a 90 day elim and you can add an extension of benefits to run 2,3,4 years or something past the exhaustion of the DB. You can also add inflation on the EOB. It can only be written on one life though.

OneAmerica also has a single premium life with LTC rider with an extension of benefits that can be written on 2 lives. I don't know much about it though. Depends if you are looking for a single premium or monthly premiums.

United of Omaha (Mutual of Omaha) has combined a critical illness rider with the ADB. After 90 days of 2 ADLs they will accelerate up to $250,000. That is then deducted from the death benefit.
