Why Canadians go to US for health care

To think that they sent this poor kid home with some lame excuse about it being a birthmark (my A**!!!) It must be okay, though, because he's going home to an orphanage and the Canadians can just wipe their hands of him.

If he crossed the border he'd get coverage. I get a lot of hispanics decline coverage in group health plans - (they have fake papers), they say that the US will pay for their medical bills over time.

Better than that. I know of US companies who don't provide insurance because their Spanish-speaking employees pretend they're illegal and simply walk into the emergency rooms when necessary.
