Worksite Question             Go to Top

Hey guys I just started a couple months ago with AGLA. While I am having success with individuals I am looking to branch out more into worksite benefits because my area is virtually untapped by AGLA having been dominated by AFLAC and Liberty National. Can someone give some pointers on whats the best way to go about this... by phone or in person? whats the best way to get in front of the HR person? any other sales & prospecting tips would be greatly appreciated...Thanks..

Re: Worksite Question             Go to Top

I broker my supp's out to colonial and Aflac rep's and they send me their benefits leads. It works great. Find an agency that will not write Supp's and partner up with them. I have found most employeers, and HR people will go ahead and ask the benefits agent anyways, so that would be the best way to go.
