Well, it does say:

So I guess they'll offer a pre-release? Would be cheaper than the Pajama Man!

If they're "giving" you all of that, you're "giving" up commissions.

Isn't it better to sign up directly with a company, get 20 to 25% (roughly) commission, learn how to sell and buy/generate leads.

This might seem enticing for someone who doesn't really want to work. But to make six figures, means you gotta be working in any realm!!

I've had free telemarketed leads. The majority told me they said they weren't interested to the TM.
