I would show the client the MoO plan and the next cheapest. Explain to them that the MoO plan is 1.5 stars and give the "buyer beware" disclosure. I'd also let them know that MoO is exiting the PDP business at the end of this year. If they want to take a chance with MoO for the remainder of the year, then at least they've been informed.
