New "Indemnify me" short:
What is the most common question you get in your agency? Is it as ridiculous as the #1 question Disney employees get? And how do you respond and make the client feel like $1,000,000?

You would think it would be common sense not to treat customers like idiots, but alas, there are enough people in customer service that do treat the customer like an ***.

Also stemming from that, too often, customer service people presume they're in a position of authority over the customer. They will automatically assume they know more than the customer since they work in the insurance agency and stubbornly get annoyed when a customer tries to make a valid point with them. I have seen it in my own agency. As human beings, it can be hard sometimes to let go of our pride and look at the facts logically, especially if we assume we know more than the other person.
