Edit: Or any commercial carrier that offers "Lessor Risk" BOPs for apartment buildings: So far, I've discovered that's Travelers, BH Guard, CNA, and Liberty Mutual.
Maybe so...But everything I've learned about this business; I've learned from the interwebs. And this forum. Now I know to quote multi-family over 4 units with Travelers before going the E&S route! Thanks Forums!
