I would get him covered non me ideally with someone that will write to a table 4, then once the coverage is on place, submit him to the se or another company and if the rates are lower, cancel the first policy.

If they find that he has poor readings or something else going on, he can stick with what's already been issued.

I would do that rather than place a SI app only to replace it a couple of months later. It seems companies take it better when they are competing for a case than shortly being replaced by the same agent.
