6 Weeks to Get my Fingerprints Back from FBI?

So I passed my Life exam 15 days ago and submitted my fingerprints to the FBI/BCI electronically in the state of Ohio the same day. Been waiting and waiting to get my license # so I can start training and producing. Finally, I called the Ohio Dept of Insurance to find out what the hold up was. They said they hadn't heard back from the FBI about my fingerprints, which could take up to 6 weeks. Are any other new agents experiencing this?
