Initially we're doing the dialer for 80$ a seat plus 15 for the crm hosting of Sugar.
I'm about to build the page of pricing on my website in a few minutes, one of the things that is a little different about the way I'm billing, I am doing tech support al la carte for phone tech, I don't have a support department.
Forum and email is free, phone/custom work is 50$ an hour.
Once we get a mechanism in place to do it, billing structure is going to be a bit different also, 15$ for CRM hosting, 20$ for dialer seat, 1.5 cents a minute, or unlimited for 80 per seat.
The VAST majority of people (everyone) is actually cheaper with per minute charges than unlimited. I basically use 20 bucks a month for 2 agents right now.
If you call, talk, quote, go back to calling, and work the system properly, you'll basically NEVER use 60 dollars in a month.
There will also be a 50$ setup fee, which may have to be more based on how much time it takes, so I can go over with people what they want, and do the initial setup which may in some cases take 2-3 hours total.
