Aggregator Recommendations (P&C)

I'm a new agent, with all lines. I've recently began working my medicare license. I'm now looking for a P&C (possible Life & Health) outfit that would allow me to own the book of business that I build 100%. Have no start up fees (including mandatory quote/rater software) and a minimum of retaining 70-75% of my commissions.

Can someone tell me if there's one out there. I thought Smartchoice was the one, until they presented me with a mandatory for EZ-link and a set-up fee of $306 then monthly $100 monthly. (that's not a no cost program as promoted lol).

Any help would be appreciated.

Yah, I am not an expert but I think you are asking for too much.

You can certainly get the comp that you are looking for but inevitably you will have to pay some sort of monthly fee. I mean why exactly would an Cluster/ Aggregator go into business with someone if they were willing to shell out some monthly money?

You 'may' be able to get around a fee if you are able to commit to monthly production amounts.
