Anyone Have a Mobile Website?

We run hundreds of insurance sites that have a simplified mobile version. It seems to be more beneficial from a customer service standpoint that for sales.

We have not noticed more new traffic or quote requests from the mobile version. But we have been told that having a mobile version has helped close deals and keep customers. People really like being able to quickly contact their agent on-the-go in case of a claim or question. Our agents have the clients add a bookmark to their home screen or download the mobile version form the Android Marketplace. So that they can access the agent's information anytime anywhere.

If the trends continue, it seems that a mobile version will be obligatory for any web site.
