Anyone Work with ORG - One Resource Group?

My annuity FMO recently suggested I look into ORG for my life production.

Their website looks good, and they offer a ton of products, but wondering if anyone currently works with them to get the good, the bad, and the ugly.

I was afraid I might add more value than ORG added.

Basically, I can't think of anything positive about them. Low comp, hard to get a hold of people, and poor case management. The low comp was justified by the great case management I was going to get, too bad it never came to fruition. The thing that really sealed it for me is when my case manager quit with several cases pending and no one bothered to tell me.

They consistently dropped the ball. Mistakes happen, but they never tried to get better. Perhaps I just wasn't doing enough business with them, but then why would I?

Of course, that is my experience. While I was with Mass, the entire office had a bad experience with Crump. However, dgoldenz swears by them.
