Appeals Process If You Lost Your Subsidy

I completed my first appeal hearing Monday morning. The total process has taken about 45 days to date. The case can be expedited for medical reasons, diabetes qualified this particular case. We have been instructed to wait for the final ruling in the mail. At that point we will need to report the ruling to the Marketplace.
