Arizona wildfire nonrenewal No Carries writing

I manage an insurance company in northern Arizona. We are currently running out of carriers willing to write all types of homes in our community. As quickly as we find a new carrier, rewrite the business, by the next renewal they are non-renewed as well. Are we the only ones? The Arizona market in our area is really suffering with no relief in sight. We are now telling folks that are unable to find any placement to contact their legislators.

There are plenty of E&S brokers in AZ.

I feel your pain! Northern AZ went from ez to impossible real quick. Seems Firemans Fund is writing all these good risks, the ones with claims are stuck with non admitted. Do you have Tower Hill? pretty picky, but they are writing some.

Get a real good non admitted broker to work with and treat them well!
