BCBS-NC Just Killed SEP Comp

I'm sure many agents as myself were hoping for some type of silver lining, and have been hanging on. I have a wealth of knowledge that is probably useless for the future. Yes Sir I'm whining, had to cut two jobs already and put a lot of blood sweat and tears in this business and to see what the government has done to this part of our industry is sickening. Makes me wonder, what other industry will they go after.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina earned just $500,000 in profit for 2015, but increased it's CEO's salary by 34%. Most likely, the executive pay raises at BCBS-NC are being recouped with elimination of agent compensation for 2016.
