At the end of the day Insurance companies try to stay out of the family messes.

Just dropped off additional paper work today for a lady whose live in passed in the 2 yr period. She needs some additional signatures from his son and she and he didn't get along well after the funeral. She owned, payed and was the beni for the policy, but didn't have power after the fact and now here we are.

I'm frustrated about it, but this is a good company and though it may take a bit to wade through the extra stuff, I know they will pay in the end.
