Best IMO/FMO for Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplements?

I despise agent pipeline. So, so senior market sales... I would think Tidewater, Ritter, Senior Marketing Specialist, and Premier would be the go to Med Supp offerings

Senior Marketing Specialists. They have reached out to me, as I have one carrier through them. There is a team that helps agents onboard and use the tools on their site. Right now, I am on ACA deadlines, but will get with them soon. Their outreach is in line with the support I like.

We agents deal with multiple carriers, and possibly multiple lines of insurance. GA's that help with knowledge and pick up the phone, are gold.

If they are not serving as expert support for agents on the products they represent, what is their job anyway?

Gordon Marketing is the biggest joke of a FMO there is, beyond Captive or GA Amerilife. Gordon Marketing provides ZERO senior products support, takes weeks for them to submit contracts, they harass or blackmail you by saying they wont support your other contacts you have with them if you dont bring them your XX company contract as well, and once they have all of your contracts they completely ignore all help requests.
The founder of Gordon Marketing was a wonderful man, but the second he handed it down to Sylvia Gordon his daughter it became a joke of a organization, plus about 60% of their medicare contracts are not direct with carriers. The only direct Medicare contract they have is with United Healthcare from what I can tell, rest are through SMS, Amerilife, Agent Pipeline.

You also need to watch some of the contracts they send you, a few of them Gordon Marketing receives the commissions and then pays you.

Sorry for the rant, but run the other way from that FMO. Leaving them was a wonderful decision.
Yep, I heard from several that they are Snake in the grass!

I like SMS out of Mo, They pay me fair, I get paid from carriers, They don't bother me with a bunch of call's, I like that I can easily print carrier brochures from site, Whenever I need something (which is not too often) they are quick to respond

I do believe they provide training, I don't know how that is as I did not need them for that, Nor for leads, So I don't know how they are for that, I got good contracts and an honest rep that is what I was looking for

BEWARE OF TIDEWATER!!

When I signed a contract with Tidewater I was told there would be no problem in granting me a release. No mention was made of a six month wait. Now I am requesting an immediate release and Tidewater is not standing by their WORD.

During 4th quarter last year there were no leads for our team except for Alabama which is not our resident state. (TN) In addition, at an event, Mike Newton announced there would be marketing dollars for a certain amount of applications written. I was enthused about the offer and the next month I promptly wrote ten applications. At that time I was told that program was for only for agents directly contracted with Tidewater. At no time during the “courtship” process were we told there was any distinction between being direct with Tidewater or not.

Now our team of 15 is left in limbo. Our new FMO cannot offer us support because he is not receiving commissions. Tidewater has removed the minimal support it has been giving. Our team now has NO support for the upcoming months.
