Beware when Using Phoenix Life

Hello everyone

I wrote a phx life policy and because of their
sloppy accounting (multiple checking account debits)
The client got fed up with their screw ups and cancelled his policy
resulting in a charge back,
Altho not my fault I am almost too embarrassed to
ask him to go with a different carrier.
I think he is fed up with the whole insurance thing.

Thank you Phoenix life, I will NEVER write another app with you EVER.

How much did you save him by using PL? Spending a bit more for a more reputable carrier with better ratings is always a better way to go.

amen to that. I wish I could let someone who really cares at the company
know.
It is such a waste.

Too many good, strong carriers than to mess around with stuff like this.
