BlueHost or HostGator?

I'll be making some changes in the next 2-3 months. Part of that will be building my site on WordPress and hosting at either of these hosts.

There are a lot of web comparisons on these hosts, but it's hard sometimes to cut through the bias.

Any objective thoughts / experiences?

I've had a great experience with hostgator. I talk to bluehost and there were a few things (that probably don't matter to most folks) that they said they couldn't do that hostgator did.

Nothing but good things to say about Hostgator. Reasonable prices, extremely helpful and great uptime

I haven't had any experience with Hostgator, but BlueHost has worked pretty well for me.
