Breaking the News the Customer is Graded

I've only been in the business since January, but this looks useful.

I have no idea what half those letters mean. Could you put together a legend? Preferably professionally done with neat graphics and pictures.

Or plain text works too. Whatever's easier for you.

No problemo.

T=Tobacco NT=No Tobacco

10, 20, 65, 70, 100 = When the plan is paid up. Whole Life is assumed if none are circled.

GB, ROP, GI = Graded Benefit, Return of Premium, Guaranteed Issue

CR, GCR, STR, AD, PW = Child Term Rider, GrandChild Rider, Spouse Rider, Accidental Death, Premium Waiver

CC = Credit Card DE=Direct Express

Note: I have "70" and "100" on there only because I have Liberty Bankers and they have a paid up at age 70 and 100 (Flex4Life). These can be deleted if you don't have LBL. Note on making changes: Make a change in one cell, copy it, then paste it to all the other cells using the Paste Values option in Excel. This way won't screw up the formatting.

On the "Kids" line note if they want to add kids onto the plan and how many kids. Some charge per brat, err, kid, and some cover all of them for the same rider cost.

Everything else should be easy to figure out.
